Refund policy
RETURNS
- FINAL SALE AND FLASH SALE items are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges
- GA is a print on demand service. This means that your merchandise is not made until an order is placed. With that being said, GA will only accept returns or exchanges for defective items or misprinting.
- All items with pricing ending in .00 are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- All items with a discount or coupon of 30% or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the fulfillment date
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Shoes must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. SHOES MUST BE PACKAGED IN A PROTECTIVE BOX OR BAG! Do NOT affix a lable directly to the shoe box or it will be marked Return to Sender and not eligible for return or exchange.
- During the Returns Process if an item is ineligible for a return you will not be able to select that item for a return. This will be all items past the policy time frame or ones that are Final Sale, ect.
- If an item is ineligible for a Return and it is included, we will send back the ineligible item to you.
- Once your return is scanned as "delivered" at our facility, your store credit or refund will be issued.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages while in transit, you will need to contact the carrier provider on your shipping confirmation email.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
- If you have received a defective item, please contact customer care here within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/ defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, including shrinkage or incorrect sizing.
- Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
RETURN FEE
- When a return is made using a pre-paid return label, the flat rate cost of return shipping is $10 and will be deducted from your REFUND. Or you can pay for your own return label at with USPS and your refund price will not be affected.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
- Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
- It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, if the order has already been processed we are unable to make the change.
- All our shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
